Hi,

I used mass contact module for sending a group mail to all the authenticated users. I created one category for authenticated role. I sent a mail with the body field as below:

Hi,

The site will be down for 2 hours from 9 PM today.

Regards,
XYZ

But, the mail received by the users is as below as a single line:

Hi, The site will be down for 2 hours from 9 PM today. Regards, XYZ

Mime mail is also enabled in the site. I selected WYSIWYG format for body field. But it seems it is not working.
Any Suggestions on where i missed out.?

Hi Surendra,

Can you try creating some nodes/pages using WYSIWYG editor and check whether you are getting the same kind of problem or not?
If yes then the problem is only with the WYSIWYG module but if not then the problem is occurring for email.

I would suggest you to try with ckeditor module but I am sure that your will not get proper email because in my previous projects I used to provide
tag to send proper format of email(which was not using any kind of editor.)
