Pathauto patterns show blank page

Yesterday I installed the Transliteration module (in addition to pathauto and pathauto i8n installed earlier on a Drupal site 7.34).

I defined patterns in pathauto for my content types, such as:
[Project url] / video / [title of the video]
some project url contained underscores and hyphens.
So I configured pathauto to use the - as a separator, but does not replace the underscore. it worked.

But after a few test I realize that, Transliteration make more than replace special characters in my urls but also undescore by dashes !!?
- This is my first problem: he ignores the rule stipulated in pathauto

So I make some tests to understand; and there, I realized that in my pathauto config , the pattern tab displays a blank page !! Other tabs appear but not this one.
- This is my second problem (and the first to be resolved).
I of course uninstall transliteration without changing the situation.
If I restore a backup before all these problems, the tab is displayed.

I looked on the net; most messages speak of conflict with the faq module, I haven't this one.
I had developed a module myself to publish node type videos if we published the project node (which they are linked); I uninstalled: it changes nothing.
I turned all other modules not activated; same result.
I noticed on this moment that during the recording of the config of all modules, admin / modules / list / confirm, sometimes I get a blank page before updating. In all cases, the actions (enable / disable work)

Ready for anything, I disabled pathauto (and its sub modules), clearing the cache and then I have reactivated: no improvement !!!

I'll try to turn it completely; and eventually i'll restore a backup.
But perhaps someone he already encountered this problem ....
