Support for SVG Symbols-Namespace stripping

When creating SVG directly using forena. Any non frx name spaces are removed from the document at render time. This causes problems for certain SVG namespaced elements when you are trying to achieve symbol reuse. It would be better if only frx attributes were stripped from the report at render time.
