I'm using the Tabs plugin and need to add a class on the wrapper, right now you can only set an id. So as the the title describes, make it possible to add a class as well.

The 4 year old patch to page_tabs.inc still applies cleanly to the latest 7.x-1.x-dev, but still needs to be reviewed & tested.
