Change display date from Select list to Text field (always with popup calendar)

Hi guys,

I want to change the display of the date from select list to textfield but always with Calendar pop, You don't have to write the date, it will appear only clicking on the calendar. It will apear as text field.

ps: you can see the pictures, i want change the dispaly from "parte1" to "parte 2"
