How do I upgrade from 6.x-2.02 to oauth-6.x-3.0-beta5 ? Is this the correct one to upgrade for drupal six?
Is deleting the files in previous module folder and uploading new files sufficient?

I doubt it, since the release notes for the 3.x versions are littered with "breaking changes". I would like to know this as well.
