Support for Drupal 7 is ending on 5 January 2025—it’s time to migrate to Drupal 10! Learn about the many benefits of Drupal 10 and find migration tools in our resource center.
In migrating over several large sites with complicated menu trees from another CMS, we needed to be able to override menu block settings on specific pages (such as depth, expanded or not and whether to start the tree with the item itself or with parent). In addition we wanted an easy way to hide the menu block on these pages.
In order to solve this we developed a module so I just wanted to advertise it in case anyone might find it useful: Menu block settings override.
