Classy has been set as the base theme for Omega, so now any starterkit/subtheme then will inherit the defaults Classy provides.

I have yet to do a deep investigation to see if this is entirely needed, or if it can be removed eventually from Omega.

@himerus thanks for cleaning up a lot of old 8.x issues. Regarding this one. Is there a followup issues about looking into if we really need classy?
