Views And Organic Groups Issues

Hi there,

I am trying to use Commons for my new community website at http://userbase.arhaminfotech.com/

I am trying to create posts from my other website which is in python using services api. But I am not able to create the post under specific group. I can create the post but cant assign it the og_user_ref

Also, the posts created under groups needs to be available sitewide. I can't access all the posts in view for unauthorized users. It displays for authorized users. Check screenshots

Any help would be highly appreciated.
