3.x doesn't currently install

It seems we have multiple drush issues.

As discussed in irc, one workaround might be to manually makesure the hostmaster platform is present before starting hostmaster-install

I've added a Jenkins job to install Aegir 3 with the master branch of Drush ... It's failing as expected.

I've traced it to a specific commit in Drush with git bisect:

    This resolves the root when you provide a relative path on the CLI like: drush -r ./d7

The call to realpath returns nothing for us as the platform has yet to be build.

The jenkins job now installs fine, but fails in the test suite.. same as mentioned in #2

I've renamed the .build files in out test suite to .make ... problem solved.

Next Openatrium2 failed, again on external issues, so I've removed that one for now.
