I have set the jstimer format to this because i want to explain what the timeout is about and not just show the countdown:
Automated logout after %hours%:%mins%:%secs% if the site will not get refreshed
In this case i needed a translation for this and added the t() function in the module file and created the attached patch which works for me (7.x-4.3). WOuld be nice to commit this.
