Other field value always added to Taxonomy terms

I've removed the "Other value as default value" setting for the taxonomy widget since the 'other' field behaves like an autocomplete (tagging) field when a value has been added there. This is by design, since the taxonomy field only works with taxonomy id's/objects, not with the strings.
