Page admin/structure/taxonomy does not show translated "name" field of vocabulary when viewed in other than source language as well as page admin/structure/taxonomy/ does not show translated terms in current language.

This is important since I have two teams using two languages and need the admin interface to be fully localized including terms and vocabulary names
