I have three 6.28 sites, not very active.
I just reverted one to an Oct 14 backup, and updated to 6.33, and left it in maintenance mode.
Do I have to upgrade to 7.33 right now, to avoided the reported risks,or was that only for Drupal 7?
I do realize that version 6 will cease to be supported, but I'd rather postpone that.

The security hole was only
The security hole was only Drupal 7, not Drupal 6. Unless you are using the dbtng module in D6, which also contained the security hole.
