I use wysiwyg Ueditor on my drupal site but it doesn't work in an entity reference field (multi value widget), but ckeditor works well. And I would like to know in which case that the wysiwyg editor may be enabled? thanks!

Are you using the ueditor module? If so, this is likely a problem with that module, or the editor itself, and this issue should be moved there. Wysiwyg module does not support Ueditor out of the box (I found no information in English last time I researched it), so I don't think I can help you unless there's a specific JavaScript error to debug.
