webjournals on my server

I realize this is probably the wrong spot to post this..but here goes :-)

I'm looking to host webjournals (blogs) on my own server, and in doing a search on google, found a link to this website.

Do you have software for webjournals that I can host? If so, what is required to use it? Everything I've found so far requires php & mySQL.

We have Drupal, what else are you seeking?

And yes, PHP and MySQL (or PostgreSQL) are required.
