Release notes

This release incorporates two major features: support for carriers with no tracking service, and support for a "date of posting" and other short messages note. In my view, this module now provides all essential functionality for its stated purpose.

VERY IMPORTANT: You must run update.php on your site if upgrading from version 1.0 or any earlier version of the module, as this release adds a new field to the database.
