Having issues with running update script, update.php as it shows the error "Easy Responsive Tabs to Accordion version Not installed
Easy Responsive Tabs to Accordion is not installed." Does anyone know how to fix this?

No I have never installed a
No I have never installed a module with such name. I have download a plugin with that name, https://github.com/samsono/Easy-Responsive-Tabs-to-Accordion as was required by field collection tabs widget. But is there a module by that name? It is showing up in status report and is preventing update.php script from being executed.

If the library you linked is clearly in the correct folder, and is still reported as not installed, maybe check ownership and permissions on that code are correct.
Can you just disabled field_collection_tabs_widget module, run update, then re-enable?
