AdpativeTheme for small touch devs,trying to move sidebar 1st above main content

In AdaptiveTheme, how can i move sidebar first above main-content col for one col. layouts

I’m trying to modify the Adaptive Theme one column layout so that col 1 is above the main content area rather than below (col 2 is not being used). i made some mods to the following files but is not working

adaptivetheme->at_core->layouts->core->one_col_stack->one_col_stack.inc

does anyone know what file or function would govern this layout? any clues would be appreciated, thanks

have you worked through the adaptive theme docs @ http://adaptivethemes.com/documentation ?

you shouldn't be hacking the base theme files. You should be working with a subtheme.

no i'm definitely using a sub-theme. i've looked through the docs and very familiar with the Theme settings.

i think the action is still in page.tpl.
