Hi,
I have just run the update module function. It got to the "Verify Requirements" portion (after putting the site into maintenance mode) and will not let me go any further citing "Unresolved dependency Libraries (Version 2.x required) Zencoder API requires this module and version. Currently using Libraries version 1.0"
I have updated Libraries to version 2.x via FTP and the process will still not continue. The website is now offline (in fact it is completely white) and I am unable to gain access to any pages.
Please Help!

Hi WorldFallz, thanks for the
Hi WorldFallz, thanks for the reply. I have tried emptying these tables, unfortunately the site is still white and am not able to get back in.
I havent seen anything like this before.
Any other ideas?
All Fixed
After some extensive searching and not a lot of success with other solutions I have reverted back to the old install before upgrade. Website was not working correctly (a lot of errors) but I was then able to disable the modules causing problems during the update process.
Once the problematic modules were removed I could complete the lengthy task of updating and all is now well.

thanks for posting back you resolution-- a perfect example of why taking a backup before updating modules should always be done. You might have been able to resolve without the backup (I had no other ideas), but sometimes it just faster and easier to restore from backup and do it over.
