Could you please explain what do you mean?
Is this a duplicate of the following issue: http://drupal.org/node/236215 ?
And can be solved just by excluding FCKeditor from that field?

No it is another problem.
- Click in "show blocks on specific pages";
- Press the del key on your keyboard and you will see PHP code !

I can't reproduce this, please attach a screenshot so that I could see what you mean.

I pressed the del key just after the text "node/1 node/2 node/3 node/4"
