I received a zendesk ticket from user https://www.drupal.org/user/1270680 who says despite changing email address long ago on Drupal.org, security news emails still go to the old email on their account. Let me know if more info is needed to resolve this.

I think I have fixed this, but I am not sure. If the user wants to post an issue we can look into it in more detail.
