Fatal error: Call to undefined function taxonomy_vocabulary_get_names() in html/home/modules/forum/forum.module

Hi,

After upgrading from Drupal 7.31 to 7.32, I receive this error when running the update.php.
I followed the steps described in this article and uploaded all files except the sites-folder and the .htaccess-file.
Any suggestions?
