Hi,
I noticed a bug when I added a View: Result summary to the header (or footer) and checked the "Display even if view has no result" option.
When the total of rows in the view is 0 ($total), then the text that you added is not displayed...
I looked at the code in views_handler_area_result.inc and I noticed that in the render() function the $empty parameter is passed, this is also TRUE, but it is never used inside the function...
This seems like a bug to me?
