Conditional fields lose value when featurised.

I have conditional fields in a content type. Conditional fields along with the content type is featurised.
Content on saving does not save data in conditional fields . Now when I delete the dependencies on dev and re-add , data in conditional fields persist.(No data loss when dependencies are added directly in database).
