Looking to hire someone to develop a community site, I have the name picked out, would prefer someone that can take care of the hosting, coding, and any other tech issues that pop up as I don't have the time.

Will pay a reasonable fee, but not looking to break the bank. The site will be pretty straightforward, would like to have profiles, forum, and some info pages basically. Let me know...
