I have downloaded the fullcalander 1.6.4 libraries and extracted to "sites\all\libraries" from there i renamed the 1.6.4 folder to fullcalander then copied the contents of the fullcalander folder to the top level fullcalander. i have tried several different versions of what is listed on your install help page but i cannot get this to work please help.

is not needed at all. The steps are mentioned in the README.txt. Please confirm if this is still happening.
