Solr Specification Version: 1.3.0.2009.03.24.08.07.40
Multi-core setup
Every time I enter my solr path /solr/lp02 in settings, I get the error: Your site was unable to contact the Apache Solr server
When I look at the logs, I see: "0" Status: Communication Error
However, when I look at the Solr server itself as I try to connect to "/solr/lp02" (my solr path) in my settings I see the server respond with:
Oct 8, 2014 1:10:27 PM org.apache.solr.core.SolrCore execute
INFO: [lp02] webapp=/solr path=/select params={spellcheck=true&start=0&q=solr&json.nl=map&wt=json&spellcheck.build=true&rows=0} hits=0 status=0 QTime=207
Oct 8, 2014 1:10:27 PM org.apache.solr.core.SolrCore execute
INFO: [lp02] webapp=/solr path=/admin/ping params={} hits=0 status=0 QTime=3
Oct 8, 2014 1:10:27 PM org.apache.solr.core.SolrCore execute
INFO: [lp02] webapp=/solr path=/admin/ping params={} status=0 QTime=3
It appears that lp02 does connect, but says it cannot connect. The server is set up with multiple cores, and all the other cores are working, including one other connecting with a site running Apachesolr 6.x-1.8.
This same drupal site does connect to this core with this path under Apachesolr_search version 6.x-2.x.dev and 6.x-1.0-rc3. In fact, I updated the site with these versions in place, and they both work with same configuration. Only 6.x-1.8 appears to have this problem.
The SolrPhpClient is installed as per instructions. The solr port and path are correct (the same ones are used with Apachesolr 6.x-2.x and 6.x-1.0.rc3 which do work)
This appears to be a bug. Can someone please give me some guidance here? Thanks!
