Could someone be so kind as to link to one of the many previous discussion of rates and performance? There was a fairly good one about 6 months ago, I believe involving Jaypan and others, but I don't seem to have it in my bookmarks or elsewhere.

At that rate there will probably be some responses, but disaster is almost guaranteed. If it is OP's own site, it may be a valuable learning experience. Of course it would not be fair to the client to hire low-grade help on client sites, where the results will bite the client in the longer term.
