The content of the ical feed https://groups.drupal.org/ical is currently:

BEGIN:VCALENDAR
VERSION:2.0
METHOD:PUBLISH
X-WR-CALNAME: Events\, Meetups\, Camps & Training | Drupal Groups
PRODID:-//Drupal iCal API//EN
END:VCALENDAR

.. so only the ical headers are there but not the event details.

And drupical.com cannot import new events :-(

This is fixed now. It was broken yesterday by an attempt to fix #1728088: iCal feed event filtering doesn't work.
