these days i have a problem and i searched many ways to find my answer but nothing is founded.

i have a news website with drupal, that a content type named article has a custom field Date/time ( with format 2014/05/31 08:00:00 ). this field type is Date not date ISO.
each article has got a alias link format www.example.com/Year/Month/Day/news-title
now i want to use a conceptual filtering with year/month/day
i can do that with tokens like Created Year, Created month, Created day but news is created today but will be published tomorrow.
easily i can not use those tokens just i have that custom field date/time to use.
what do i have to do?

in my mind i thought taking each part of my custom field apart but i couldn`t.
