With the latest Drupal 8 dev and Devel 8 dev the nodes generated don't show on the front page. Created a couple of articles via +Add Content and they are on the front page. Going into the edit for the Frontpage view the preview only shows those 2 articles. None of the Devel created content shows up.

I tried checking the individual devel content articles to make sure they where marked promoted and published. I can't see any difference in the Articles I created and the ones that devel_generate created. They display fine as individual nodes, but not on the front page.

All is fresh install as of today.

The language is now required as the front page view test for language.
