Content type / pane plugin to output an entity's entity type & bundle name

It'd be useful to have a plugin that could output the current entity's entity type name, bundle name, etc. It should basically have four options:

• Entity type - machine name
• Entity type - label
• Bundle - machine name
• Bundle - label
