Problem/Motivation

Breadcrumb can't be disabled on page.

Proposed resolution

Add checkbox to theme settings page to toggle Breadcrumb. Theme template page.html.twig has already logic to show/hide breadcrumb based on variable breadcrumb.

there is breadcrumb block available and we can disable the breadcrumb from any page where it is not required.
