Hi,
first of all thank you so much for this great module! I love it!! Great work!

Today I'd like to suggest a little but very very helpful improvement from my point of view. I've searched for this issue, but was not able to find an existing issue discussing this.

On several sites we had the problem that administrators enabled the "Cache pages for anonymous users" on the "Performance" configuration page (admin/config/development/performance) even if Boost is enabled.
This makes a warning appear on the "Status"-Page but nobody saw it, as it seems.

So here's my suggestion:
If Boost is enabled you will always want to disable "Cache pages for anonymous users", because otherwise Boost doesn't make any sense.

As a usability boost ;) it would be very very helpful to have a hint on the Performance page that Boost is active and the "Cache pages for anonymous users"-option should NOT be set! Administrators will see that surely and think about it, while they will not always visit the Status page after changing a setting.
Eventually it is even worth to think about disabling the "Cache pages for anonymous users"-checkbox completely, but that would be very strict.

Let's discuss this, don't you think it would be very helpful in daily business?

It should probably be on the front page of the boost documentation or installation instructions here https://www.drupal.org/node/1434362
