I have an ecommerce website made with drupal 6 (ubercart), after bad installations and errors in the database I can't upgrade the site and I decided to start a clean site with drupal commerce Kickstart because I'm not a developper and I think this is the best solution for me.

The question is how I import my users from drupal 6 to commerce kickstart ?

I can't ask to people to create a new account so...

When I make researches about this I found people who gives php scripts but I don't know where to put these and run it and what to change in the script to correspond to my site.

i believe you can do that right through the UI using https://www.drupal.org/project/migrate_d2d.

I have this module but I just can't use it, I just see the examples in the content section but I dont understand how it works and how to add an users import...

On wich form I export my users from drupal 6 ?

And how I import this on drupal 7 with the migrate_d2d module ????

I think I must create a module or something like that but I'm completely lost, anyone ???

i don't have any place to check it atm, but afair, you would install it on the d7 site and provide the connection info for the d6 site. You don't export/import anything. Check the module's documentation page and/or the issue queue.
