Motivation

Media WYSIWYG already optionally limits file types.. nice if it could also optionally limit file URI schemes..

Proposed resolution

add and check for

$form['wysiwyg']['media_wysiwyg_wysiwyg_allowed_schemes']

as per

$form['wysiwyg']['media_wysiwyg_wysiwyg_allowed_types']

User interface changes

add "Allowed URI schemes" field at /admin/config/media/browser
