Hi - I think this will be just additional documentation for this great theme called bluez. I'm trying to get rid of the gap between the 900 pixel wide header I have and the main-menu. See image below:
http://designerandpublisher.com/_forum-images/gap.jpg
I didn't want to mess up what I've done with the theme so far but I've tried a number of CSS options and just cannot figure it out. If someone can help me get rid of that gap in the above image, then the menu bar will move up and be flush with my header graphic, which would look great.
any help is appreciated. thanks.

Deaf Guy CreditAttribution: Deaf Guy commentedHi - I just want to clarify - I'm not interested in the width of the header. i'm interested in that space underneath between the header and the navigation bar. I'd love it if I could get rid of that space so my header and the navigation bar join together.
Hope this helps and I LOVE your bluez theme! Wonderful job putting it together! :-)

paean99 CreditAttribution: paean99 commentedAssuming that you have put your navigation in the block Content Top there is a margin in the line 391 of the file in sites/all/themes/bluez/css/style.css
Just change the 20px.
A warning: You shouldn't change the file directly in the theme directory. Create a subtheme and make your changes there or you may have some future complications.

Deaf Guy CreditAttribution: Deaf Guy commentedok thanks i will try that out. one other thing - can you tell me what kind of "future complications" i may have just so i'm aware of them? thanks.

paean99 CreditAttribution: paean99 commentedIt will depend on your case. Each people learn it differently. In my case i didn't want to spend the time to learn how to subtheme just for some little css changes. Several month after i wanted to update the theme for security reasons and i couldn't, because i didn't know what i had changed (bad comments in the code and other nasty habits). So the usual complication for who is lazy :)
There are others. If you really want to know about them, just ignore my commentaries. In a year or two you will surely know more about it then me. Good luck.
Edit: There are definite advantages to learn how to create a subtheme. I don't regret one second of the time that i spend learning the little that i know.
