Not sure if this is built in to COD already but I can't seem to find any option in rules etc. It would be advantageous, I think, to allow the sending of emails or other actions on attendees after payment is complete. This could be used to send reminder emails of their account details, send more event info or send tickets (we're currently using commerce event ticket which allows production of barcoded PDF tickets) to the attendee once full payment has been made.

I've been trying rules but I can't seem to find a way of sending to or specifying attendees only. Is there a way?
