Presets Not working

I apologize in advance if this issue isn't correctly entered. This is my first time creating an issue.

I started using Drupal (7.x) in April to build a couple websites for my new job and have since started using Drupal for a few volunteer projects. I have previous experience with WordPress and coding (HTML, CSS, some Javascript and PHP.)

I have installed MediaFront on Lynux servers and everything seems to work great. However, installing it at work on Windows Server 2008 does not work properly. Specifically, the mediafront presets cannot be configured/edited as the settings which are normally links are just plain text.

I have tried Drupal installs running Microsoft SQL and MySQL and have even tried it on a fresh install with only MediaFront and the other required modules.

Any help is most appreciated.
