Seconds are not translated

I selected Italian as the language: days, hours and minutes are translated, while "and XX seconds" is not.

Also, would be nice if we could just hide the some part of the string (i.e. seconds). While the countdown (the numbers) is divided into html spans to be modified individually with CSS, the text is a single string.
