Fatal error: Call to undefined function og_get_all_group_entity() in modules/og3/og.rules.inc

Hi There.

I had a major issue with my site which turned out to be OG and resolved by disabling it via the database. I did request aid in Drupal Stackoverflow but was directed here. My site now randomly get the error "Fatal error: Call to undefined function og_get_all_group_entity() in modules/og3/og.rules.inc" which I can resolve by doing into the database and enabling the core og.module waiting a bit then disable the core og.module. However I need a perma way to resolve this. Any help would be welcome.
