Situation: trying to use Quick Tabs on a Profile page built with panels (ver. 7.x-3.3). I have 2 Mini Panels that display fine on the page. However, if I try to use those Mini Panels inside Quick Tabs, I get a WSOD.

Pulling up the Apache error log, I get:
PHP Fatal error: __clone method called on non-object in [Drupal root]/sites/all/modules/ctools/includes/context.inc on line 1159

Mini-panels now have the option of context not being required.

I wonder if quicktabs is ignoring that option.
