Ever since updating to 7.31 a couple days ago, my Reports Log has been filled with warnings that "Undefined" paths are trying to be accessed on some node views. I've attached a couple screenshots. I cannot imagine this is critical in any way, but I would like to know what's going on.

We'll need more information in order to work on this problem. At the very least you're going to need to tell us how to reproduce these errors. Is it happening on any node view? Is it happening with nodes of a specific type or that contains a certain contributed module field?
