Alphabetical sorting of terms and translated terms

Noted that term selection list could not be sorted alphabetically.
Of course order could be adjusted by weight to match abc order, but for multilingual site this is not a solution.
(used i18n taxonomy translation)

added: I thing first alphabetical sorting should be done by HS itself and sorting of translated term will come automatically.
