In my localhost all work fine, but in production, the logintoboggan logged block doesn't appear (both with php 5.4). I notice this error in the console browser:

http://mydomain.com/sites/all/modules/contrib/authcache/modules/authcach...

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

And in the Log Messages:

Location: http://mydomain.com/sites/all/modules/contrib/authcache/modules/authcach...

Message: 500.shtml

For production I recommend to use the safe frontcontroller script (see the README of the Authcache Personalization API)
