DevShop Pull was kindof a quick hack. I imagine a much more useful tool we can separate out into an "Aegir Webhooks" module.

Just a simple endpoint for the internet to trigger aegir tasks. No dependencies. (No Services.module).

This isn't devshop specific.

Let's take the good parts of devshop_pull and put it into a new module for aegir called "hosting_webhooks". As long as this new module has the right hooks I can trigger off devshop specific stuff with it.
