We're using the 2.0 alpha1 on our new site, and the http://site.com/media/podcasts/feed doesn't show any episodes in iTunes. In a plain RSS reader each post shows up, but for whatever reason, I guess iTunes isn't able to parse them properly, so they don't show up at all. I haven't tried it in any other podcast app, since I use iTunes.
