Create a community spotlight for Jibran Ijaz

Kattekrab and pdjohnson recently reached out to me about putting together a case study for jibran, who is the only Drupal Core contributor in Pakistan. They hope that, by spotlighting his hard work and big influence, we will be able to inspire more people (in Pakistan and everywhere else around the world) to get more deeply involved with the project.

It sounds like a great idea to me, so I'm going to get it rolling. Let me know if you would like to lend a hand.
