The Colorbox settings at /admin/config/date/calendar seem pointless if the Colorbox module isn't enabled. I recommend only showing that setting when Colorbox is enabled.

This patch displays the Colorbox setting as normal when it's enabled (but slightly alters the description to remove references to installing Colorbox), and displays a different message when it's disabled (informing users of the ability to use that setting by installing Colorbox).
